How do I personalize my order (name, date, color)?
On products that offer personalization, simply enter your details in the personalization box before adding the item to your cart. Please double-check your spelling and information, as your item will be produced exactly as entered.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — you can request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order, before production begins. Email contact@usagatherco.com with your order number and the changes you'd like to make. Once production has started, we are unable to modify or cancel the order.
Will I get a preview or proof before my item is made?
No. Personalized items are created exactly according to the information you provide, so we do not send preview images or proofs. Please review all names, dates, and other details carefully before completing your purchase.
