Shipping Policy
Where we ship from
All orders ship from our warehouse in the United States.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: 1–3 business days
- Standard shipping within the US: 7–10 business days after your order ships
Please allow up to 13 business days in total from the date of your order. Delivery times may be longer during peak holiday periods or due to carrier delays outside our control.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $7.99 flat rate
- Free standard shipping on US orders of $65 or more
Holiday ordering
For delivery before October 31, please place Halloween orders by October 12. Orders placed after this date may arrive after Halloween.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. A shipping confirmation email with your tracking link is sent when your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
International shipping
We ship to select countries outside the United States. International delivery typically takes 12–20 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We are not able to redirect packages once shipped. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer’s expense or refunded minus the original shipping cost.
